1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MikRam service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

MikRam provides centralized cloud management, monitoring, and WireGuard tunneling services tailored for MikroTik routers. The service requires API access to your hardware to function successfully.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API credentials.
You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You agree to not intentionally overload or disrupt our central API or VPN servers.

4. Billing and Midtrans Payments

Subscription upgrades are processed securely via the Midtrans payment gateway. By initiating a payment, you agree to Midtrans' processing terms. All payments are final, and access to premium features (including WireGuard deployment) will only be granted upon successful payment capture.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect necessary router telemetry, sales data, and configuration backups to provide the Service. We do not sell this data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details regarding our secure storage practices.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MikRam makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
